It applies to information we process for account management and billing purposes, as well as the competitor URLs and product tracking configurations you submit to provide the Service.

• Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address, authentication credentials, and company or team details.
• Competitor and tracking data. URLs, product names, price points, plan structures, and feature tiers that you choose to track, along with the historical price changes recorded by our automated service.
• Billing information. Your subscription plan, billing address, and transaction records. Payment details are securely processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.
• Usage and device data. Log data including IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and interaction metrics collected automatically to secure, maintain, and optimize the Service.
• Communications. Messages, support inquiries, and tool request forms sent directly to us.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service: track competitor pricing pages, generate price shift alerts, render pricing matrix comparisons, and serve historical pricing archives.
• To send transactional notifications, price movement digests, and feature updates enabled for your account.
• To process subscription payments, manage accounts, and detect or prevent fraudulent activity.
• To monitor system performance, fix technical issues, and improve platform speed and accuracy.
• To comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

To detect plan shifts and categorize pricing structures, our platform automatically ingests publicly available SaaS pricing page content. Where AI or machine learning models are used to extract pricing tables, match competitors, or highlight plan changes, data is processed solely to deliver intelligence to you. We rely on infrastructure providers that do not use customer account data to train public AI models.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information strictly as required to operate the Service with trusted service providers (sub-processors):

• Supabase / Database hosting: Secure database storage and user authentication.
• Stripe: Payment processing and billing management.
• Resend / Email infrastructure: Transactional emails, security notices, and alert digests.
• Vercel / Hosting: Application deployment and content delivery.

We may also disclose information if required by applicable law, court order, legal process, or to protect the security, property, and legal rights of Saastrack and its users.

The pricing information tracked by Saastrack is derived from publicly accessible web pages. You are responsible for selecting which competitor pages you direct the Service to monitor, and for ensuring your use of public intelligence complies with applicable regulations and laws.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or needed to provide you with the Service. Historical pricing records are retained in our public database to provide multi-year price trend analysis. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal account data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by legal or tax obligations.

We implement technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access restriction controls, and tenant isolation. While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your data, no online transmission or storage method is 100% secure.

• Access, update, export, or delete your account information through your profile settings or by contacting us.
• Manage notification and price-digest email preferences or unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
• Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you may have statutory rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. We honor verifiable requests as required by law.
