Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Saastrack (the “Service”), a SaaS pricing intelligence and historical competitor tracking platform operated by Saastrack (“Saastrack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, browsing our free pricing database, or using any feature of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or organizational entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Saastrack enables SaaS teams, product managers, and founders to track competitor pricing changes, analyze feature tiering, view multi-year historical pricing shifts, compare feature matrices, and set up automated price alerts. The Service includes both free public resources (such as the SaaS pricing library) and paid subscription tiers.

We continuously update and enhance the platform. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where feasible.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

You agree that you will not, and will not allow any third party to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, mirror, or systematically scrape the core software or proprietary components of the Service without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the performance, security, or integrity of the platform, database, or infrastructure.
• Bypass, circumvent, or disable any security features, rate limits, or access controls implemented on the Service.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data through the platform.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw account feeds or Service access to third parties outside your authorized organization.

• Paid Plans. Paid subscription tiers are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual schedule as presented during checkout.
• Automatic Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and you retain access until then.
• Refunds. Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise during promotional offers.

The Saastrack service, including its software, user interface design, logo, wordmark, algorithms, and content compilations, is the exclusive property of Saastrack and its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

Pricing history charts, competitor matrix comparisons, and automated price movement alerts are generated using automated collection and analysis techniques. While we make every effort to maintain timely and accurate historical data, SaaS pricing pages frequently change.

All pricing insights and data readouts are provided for informational decision-support purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or formal strategic advice. You remain responsible for evaluating competitor data before taking business decisions.

The Service contains links to third-party competitor websites, SaaS applications, and vendor portals. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, terms, or availability of external websites. Your interactions with third-party sites are governed solely by those sites’ respective policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saastrack and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

In no event shall Saastrack’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to Saastrack in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saastrack and its team from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through the platform or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
